Oscar Waddups: Be sure you're getting paid with paychecks that say that you're an employee and that this paycheck is for a certain pay period, etc. If you're not getting paid with paychecks then you're probably getting paid under the table and you can threaten to go to the authorities for tax evasion. that would really suck and he might sign the paper and pay you with real checks after that. If he "fired" you, you would be protected under the whistle-blowers act (but only if you actually turned him in and then he fired you.)If you are getting paid with real paychecks then you can threaten to sue him for verification of employment because you have proof that you can take before a judge (the paystubs).If you are a contract employee then he doesn't have to sign it because you are self employed and are responsible for your own taxes and all that.
