Maurice Breuning: If you are using a Windoes based programe, log on to the internet and then click on the 'Tools' tab, select 'Internet Options' In the pop up window you will see the dialog tab that says 'Clear all Cookies' .. click on the tab and it will clear all stored cookies.Then repeat the first two steps, this time select "Clear Off Line Files' select and that will clear aall stored off line content.Again repeat the first two steps, then at the bottom of the pop up dialog box it will say "Clear History - in that enter '0', then on the right hand side it says "Clear History" click on that tab and all stored history will be cleared.This will remove it from the operation system, however if you want to clear it all out, then........1. Click on "Start" bar at the left hand bottom.2. Select "Programs"3. Then select " Accessories".4. Then select "System Tools".5. Then select "Disk Cleaner"After you click on disk cleaner a pop up dialog box will show all the various items ! stored on your hard drive.Select the ones you want to clean, i.e. Temporary Internet Files; Off Line Contents; etc.Then click on the "OK " tab and all these will be cleared off your records.Also in the control panel, select Users.1. Click on your account.2. You will see various items in the window that opens up, now select history and just follow the instructions.You will have cleared your computer of all search history.Good Luck...Show more
